Cyber Morfosis actively participated in the Foreign Investors Association of Albania (FIAA) conference titled “Increasing Albania’s Footprint in the Regional Digital Economy”, held on October 2, 2024, at the Tirana Marriott Hotel.

Our co-founder, Edlira Martiri, Associate Professor at the Faculty of Economy, University of Tirana, served as the moderator for Panel : Cybersecurity as a Cross-Cutting Challenge to both the Private and the Governmental Sector.

The panel featured distinguished experts, including Eris Sinojmeri, Head of Cyber Risk Analysis Sector at the National Cyber Security Authority, Erinda Ndroqi Executive Director at Institute for Activism and Social Change, and Donald Elmazi, Director of Research Development at University Metropolitan Tirana.

Discussions centered on the imperative of a collaborative approach to cybersecurity, emphasizing the need for coordinated efforts among government entities, private sector organizations, academia, and civil society to establish a secure digital environment in Albania. The panelists underscored the importance of developing robust cybersecurity frameworks, enhancing public awareness, and fostering a culture of security to effectively mitigate cyber threats.

Our participation in this conference reflects Cyber Morfosis’s commitment to contributing to national dialogues on cybersecurity and supporting initiatives that aim to strengthen Albania’s digital economy.
